Since I was a child I’ve had a creative appetite. It started
with sewing baby doll clothes in my Grandmother’s basement, then onto handbags
in my starry-wallpapered room and quilts in my college dorm. In between sewing
projects, I found myself flirting with other creative outlets related to
design, photography and crafts. I have worked for more than six years as a
graphic designer and have completed a myriad of creative projects for various
independent and corporate clients and brands ranging from business development
proposal graphics to styling photo shoots to wedding invitations and handmade
children’s books. I am now in the marketing realm of our local zoo.
In my spare time, I have grown Fairview Place. It is my outlet for all my crafty projects, which now focus on my felt flowers. I sell my goods in a few local shops in Norfolk, Virginia, online and love taking custom orders. I have a large creative repertoire, but one that will definitely fit any project on your mind.
