1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 can chickpeas, drained, but reserve liquid
1 tbsp reserved,liquid
1 medium sweet potato, baked with skin peeled
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp light sour cream
3 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp curry
1 tsp paprika
Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
