More of a chutney, but refreshingly delicious, nonetheless. #24 is off the list!
What you need:
1 tbsp diced jalapeño (more if you want to spice it up!)
a big handful of cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 small Cubanelle pepper, diced
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
What you do:
1. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
2. Let sit at least an hour.
3. Serve with chips.
