#71: Do Yardwork

Last month, the beautiful tree that sat in back there had to be taken down because it's roots were interfering with the neighbor's plumbing (who needs plumbing?!).

There were a bunch of dead leaves and weeds to be cleared, plus new flowers, herbs and veggies to be planted! I bought portulaca, Thai basil, begunias coleus, and two hot pepper plants. It's nice to have the area cleaned up so early in the season so we can enjoy it before it gets too hot outside.
