Onward with Day 3. I didn't have any lemons, I tried using a lime instead. Made for a tasty change of pace!
Salad No. 3 (same as No.2, but mix up the greens)
A few handfuls of greens
3/4 handful of chopped carrots and red pepper
4 to 6 grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 thinly sliced apple
Dressing (in a sperate, no leak container)
Minced garlic with lemon juice (maybe a table spoon) and olive oil. Shake and let the flavors mingle.
Meal time: Drizzle dressing and enjoy.
