My friend Susie and I both agree that Harbor Fest is our favorite Norfolk festival. It's like the kickoff to the Summer for us. There is live music, street vendors, tall ships, and best of all, fireworks.This year Tropical Storm Andrea left Friday night extremely wet, so some of the events were cancelled and some moved. However, Saturday ended up being the perfect day. We headed down to the waterfront around 8, grabbed a prime spot and a brew and watched the fireworks show. It just never gets old.
