#78: Fairview Place Anniversary

Just Cupcakes dessert was a special concoction, made with Smartmouth's new Citra Ale. Yum!

It's the beginning of year two for Fairview Place, which is incredibly hard to believe. This past year has been filled with some challenging times, some for the better, some for the worse, some for just some's sake. Here's a recap of what's happened the past 12 months.

June 2013
Started the 3rd Annual 92 Days of Summer with five participants.
Fairview Place headquarters got an upgrade with a move to West Ghent.
The Father's Day printable from 2012 was featured on The Huffington Post.

May 2013
The month from Hell. a.k.a Buying a house.
The most popular blog of the month was the DIY tea cart from Better Block.

April 2013
The Norfolk Arts & Design District came to life during Better Block.
I helped create Town Fair, a monthly handicraft and fair trade marketplace in Town Center.

March 2013
Fairview Place toned down it's 3rd 30 Days of Lists challenge.
Mini cupcakes, onion rings, and nachos were added to the felt food menu.

February 2013
Fairview Place was featured on Disney Baby and Lofty Littles for our felt food.
Save the Dates, a first for me!

January 2013
Lots of new additions to the site debuted, including Self Portraits, Color Therapy, Momentarily Obsessed With...
In an attempt to get organized, I participated in the January Cure.
Felt Donuts also entered the collection.

December 2012
A spectacular month for sales at Kitsch and online with new creations including Felt Holly Brooches.
Finishing touches were added to our Kitchen Renovation.

November 2012
Unfortunately, this was a terribly sad month.

October 2012
Halloween inspired goods, and lots of them.
New packaging for the sushi, which has been a total hit.

September 2012
Another go at the 30 Days of Lists.

August 2012
A change of pace with the start of a new job and the end of my freelancer career.
Easier and more fun to make, new book creations.
